Our low-intensity or “step 2” support is carried out by our trained psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWPs) and delivered in a variety of ways to suit you.

Low-intensity support provides evidence-based treatments to help manage your symptoms. It is based on the same principals of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and helps you to learn coping strategies to improve how you feel.

These treatments are effective for people with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. They provide education and understanding of your problems, with the aim to develop helpful techniques to make positive changes that improve your wellbeing and quality of life.

Psychological wellbeing support can be delivered either face-to-face, telephone, or online. Treatment can also be provided in a webinar setting.
