Our online webinars are broadcasted live by one of our trained psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWP) and cover a range of topics to overcome anxiety and depression.
The webinars are designed to be informal, friendly sessions to help you to learn coping strategies to improve how you feel. All you need is a device that can access the internet or WiFi.
Like the digital therapy we offer, the webinars enable you to access therapy quickly and give you the flexibility of attending them at a time and place that suits you.
The webinars are not group therapy and you will not be asked to share your personal experiences with others. Some people use these sessions to listen, but you can also choose to contribute with any comments or questions through the user-friendly chat box.
Once the sessions have finished, you will be provided with the material from each webinar, so you can access the information after the course has ended.
