Once we receive your referral, a member of our friendly Patient Coordinator team will be in touch to arrange your initial assessment. They will support you all the way through the process and answer any questions you may have about the service.

You have taken a massive step towards helping yourself to feel better! You may be feeling anxious about what happens next. That is understandable. You can find information about the assessment process here.

After your details have been logged onto the system, we aim to be in touch as soon as we can to book an assessment with one of our trained practitioners. Please be aware that all telephone contact from us will be from a withheld / unknown number. If you do not answer these calls, please tell us the best way to reach you. If you have given us permission, we will leave a message if we cannot get through to you.

As we provide a service on behalf of the NHS, all information provided to us is securely kept and handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We understand you are disclosing personal and sensitive information, so all communication and appointments with us are confidential and will always be handled properly appropriately with due care.
