Each year, one in four of us will experience a mental health issue. Talking therapies can help us to understand and work through difficult feelings and develop strategies for coping better.
This week, healthcare clinicians from Insight Healthcare, a free East Midlands talking therapy services, are available to meet members of the public at Nottingham’s Intu Victoria Centre. They will be on-hand during the centre’s open hours until Sunday 11 March to give advice, take referrals, and share information about how talking therapies can help if you are feeling low, anxious, or stressed.
Insight Healthcare delivers free, confidential talking therapies across Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire on behalf of the NHS. They offer a range of therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and counselling, for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, panic, PTSD, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
Therapy is provided in a venue that is convenient and local to you, including a range of community venues and GP surgeries, as well as via telephone and online.
