Insight IAPT provides free NHS talking therapies. Talking things through can really help.
There are lots of ways to get started from filling in a simple form, chatting online, giving us a call, or talking to your GP. We’re here for you, whichever way you choose.
We’ll then get in touch with you to arrange your first appointment, at a time to suit you. You can tell us what’s been troubling you, and, together, we’ll choose the right treatment for you.
Whether your therapy is in person, over the phone, in a group or online in your own time, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable with whichever option we choose.
We will give you the tools to help you manage, so you can feel like yourself again.
And if the bad days come back, we want you to feel confident to handle them. But we’ll be here if you need extra support.
