Anna: Guided self-help is a form of CBT supported by a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. You’ll be given CBT worksheets or a booklet with information about your symptoms and how CBT can help.

You put the tools into action in your daily life between sessions, and then review how things are going with your PWP in regular sessions. The materials are developed by experts in CBT and will be tailored to help you with the symptoms you are experiencing and the goals you want to reach.
