Welcome to SilverCloud, your personal support space to help you think and feel better. Our programmes are based on years of clinical research, use proven methods to improve your wellbeing, and are delivered in an accessible and convenient way to suit you.
On the homepage, you can see the modules in your programme, you can work through these at your own paste. A suggested target is to complete one per week, with each module taking about an hour and a half to complete. The more time and effort you put into the programme, the more you will get out of it.
SilverCloud offers lots of tools to help you work through the programmes, you can create your own profile, there is a journal where you can keep notes as you work through the programme. Keeping a journal can be very helpful to clarify your thoughts and feelings. There is also an activity to help you relax, that you can use at any time. And more activities will become unlocked as you explore further.
Programs… Your program is specifically tailored to best meet your needs. In your programme, you will find videos, information to read through, stories of people who are also working through the program, and interactive activities to help you better digest the information you have just learned. As you progress through the modules, you will find new exercises to try, which can help you apply what you are learning about your own life. Take some time to explore all that is on offer.
