We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Talking Helps Newcastle Service, based in Newcroft House. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support within this mental health service. You will work to ensure work is completed within timescales and in line with any service targets.
Talking Helps Newcastle provides free, confidential NHS talking therapy services to people aged 16 and over who are experiencing common mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. You will respond to queries and process referrals of patients into this service.
This service is delivered by an alliance of Insight Healthcare, Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. You will be employed by Insight IAPT.

- Are an experienced administrator
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a confident and professional telephone manner
- Have communication skills that are adaptable to a diverse audience
- Are able to work to tight deadlines
- Work well as part of a team and provide good support to your colleagues
- Are computer literate, confident in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
